Stoney Creek Hotel Quad Cities - Moline

Jessica in the Kitchen was amazing and enjoyable to talk with. Food was prepared well. The only issue we had with the hotel was the the room cleaning service. We had a six day stay with no room refresh until day 5 after complaining to front desk.

Had absolute amazing experience! The lady that checked us in was a complete delight. Got us into our room, helped us with the upgrade to a suite. We stayed in the Angler Room and let me tell ya, it was beautiful! Soft as a cloud bed, hot jet tub IN the room, and our own terrace! Definitely a 12 out of 10! Will definitely stay again and every time we are close by!

My Husband and I booked a suit for my 30th bday. We also had our service dog accompany us, when I had booked the hotel requests that we were bringing said dog. When we got there they made us feel so special! As soon as they saw our SD theu asked if he was and once confirmed they instantly told us they had been waiting for us and ready had our cards out. We were to our room on under 10 minutes "she had to show some guests to there rooms." The hotel was booked full as well do we did have a problem with hot water. When I looked at my invoice they automatically took off $40 for no hot water! They offered our SD puppy treats as well and everyone is so friendly we will be going back in 6 month!

I could not speak any more highly of this hotel! From the cleanliness to the staff and whole experience i was so impressed and satisfied. The manager Sarah went above and beyond for our stay. Sarah was so kind, accommodating and no exaggeration she made this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. She truly loves her job and it shines so brightly through her work and how she handles guests. Thank you sooo much again for being so amazing and accommodating to us. I cant express enough praise or gratitude for her!! The whole place feels very cozy and it is very clean. If i could give a higher rating than 5 stars i absolutely would! Thank you again Sarah!!!!!

Enjoyed the warm, comfortable rooms. Nice tvs and internet. Hotel is clean and has good parking space. Breakfast is alright. Location is not noisy with access to highways nearby. Restaurants are in the area. Great value.

Dan and Sarah are always so amazing every time we stay !! Very polite and helpful . If we ever need anything they are always helpful and easy going ,I’m always excited when I check in and know that they are working . They make our experience a million times better couldn’t ask for better workers at the front desk. Thank you two so much for making us feel at home with our stays ,we have already booked our future stay for December!! If you ever need anything make sure to ask for one of them they will definitely help you and make fun conversations.

Had a great stay here for training on Rock Island. Breakfast was mediocre, but the building has plenty of charm, and the staff is very pleasant. Location is also excellent, with everything on downtown Moline very walkable. Would definitely stay here again; thank you for the hospitality!

The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub are nice. The Guest Laundry was clean. Outside trash needs to be emptied more frequently. The lobby and stairs could of used to be cleaned daily and a couple times a day.
